OnColor™ ComPETe™ colorants for PET are custom-formulated concentrates specifically designed for PET resins and are available in two forms (T and L). Both OnColor ComPETe forms require minimal adjustments from normal PET processing parameters. They are compatible with PET and PETG and are suitable for injection molding and blow molding processes.

OnColor ComPETe L
- Liquid form of colorant, providing precise dosing at very low use rates for transparent applications
- Periodic agitation is required for extended shelf life
- Typical usage is between 0.1% and 0.5%; usable in a range from 0.01% to 1.0%
OnColor ComPETe T
- Based on traditional pelletized chemistry
- Available as a standard or a mini-pellet with up to 860 pellets per gram, which translates to improved color dispersion and lower cost to color
- Non-dusting concentrate for easy processing in opaque and transparent applications
- Metering requirements dictate a feeder with high repeatable accuracy and a chilled flange
- Typical usage is between 2.0% and 4.0%; usable in a range from 0.5% to 8.0%

OnColor ComPETe colorants are heat stable within normal processing parameters for PET resins. With 35 standard colors to choose from, the ability to be formulated with additives into a single masterbatch (Smartbatch™), and FDA-compliant versions, we can satisfy many requirements with cost-effective, process-proven formulations.
