OnColor™ FX Marble Colorants 
 

OnColor™ FX™ marble colorants are pelletized concentrates formulated for specific resin systems to give a random marble appearance.

Key Characteristics

OnColor FX marble colorants are available in a range of hues. The random marble effect ranges from thin swirls to large smears, depending on customer needs.

A typical letdown ratio for a OnColor FX colorant is 50:1 (2%). This letdown ratio varies with the desired effect.

Additional Product Information

OnColor FX colorants are formulated to be compatible with injection-molding grades of a specific resin system. Some molding adjustments may be required, such as lowering backpressure, reducing cycle time and adjusting temperature profile. An accurate feeding system is recommended for metering the OnColor FX colorants during the process. Tumble blending the colorants with the letdown resin is also possible with most resins.

Typical applications include sporting goods, cosmetics and toys.
