OnColor™ FX Metal Colorants 
 

OnColor™ FX™ metal colorants are concentrates formulated to give a brushed-metal look to thermoplastic parts.

Key Characteristics 

OnColor FX metal colorants duplicate the look of brushed metals such as aluminum, bronze, copper, gold or antique brass. Custom metal color matches also can be formulated.

OnColor FX metal colorants are supplied in a pelletized, non-dusting form tailored to your specific resin system. A typical letdown ratio for a OnColor FX metal colorant is 25:1 (4%), which varies with the desired effect.

Additional Product Information

OnColor FX metal colorants are formulated to incorporate well in most thermoplastic processes. An accurate feeding system is required for a uniform effect. Metal colorants are inherently shear sensitive. Product design and processing parameters should be developed with this sensitivity in mind.
