OnColor™ FX Soft Touch Colorants 
 

OnColor™ FX™ soft touch colorants are pelletized concentrates developed specifically for soft-touch or suede-like polymers.

Key Characteristics

OnColor FX™ soft touch are available in a range of hues. Soft-touch colorants are formulated to work with multi-layer and co-injection molding applications. We can even provide a matching or contrasting color for mated parts.

OnColor FX colorants are engineered for your specific resin system. A typical letdown ratio for an OnColor FX colorant is 50:1 (2%). This letdown ratio varies with the desired effect.

Additional Product Information

OnColor FX colorants are compatible with injection-molding grades of a specific resin system. Some molding adjustments may be required, such as lowering backpressure, reducing cycle time and adjusting temperature profile. An accurate feeding system is recommended for metering the OnColor FX colorants during the process. Tumble blending the colorants with the letdown resin is also possible with most resins.
