分散树脂、混合树脂、粉末涂料树脂和特种悬浮氯乙烯树脂都用于制备塑料溶胶、粉末和化合物，应用领域包括弹性地板、人造革、罐头涂料、玩具和柔性垫片和管形材料。氯乙烯均相聚合物和共聚物（氯乙烯/乙烯酯）树脂为白色细微粉末，在增塑剂和溶剂中很容易分散。
